A high profile international EPCM organisation is currently seeking an equally as high calibre Construction Manager for a multi-billion dollar mining upgrade and expansion project for its client in the Ukraine
Reporting to the project manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and administering the area construction project duties from the conceptual stages through to planning, engineering, procurement, construction start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out.
As a strategic member of the project team, you will be integrating with, and working alongside the established engineering team, consisting of a local and international workforce. As result you will have highly developed leadership skills and an ability to influence and initiate and change from an advisory position.
Ideally you will have 12+ years experience in mining or related heavy industries, with a proven track record of managing large projects and coordinating the engineering, procurement and construction activities of large joint ventures, alliances and consortiums
Whilst work permits and visas will be provided, it is essential that the candidate can speak either Ukrainian or Russian at a conversational level.
