Our client is a world-renowned Engineering Corporation with an excellent reputation in the delivery of innovative technology and engineering solutions across a wide range of industries. Currently, they are looking for a competent Project Quality Manager to manage the control of quality performance of project execution and standardizing best practise project fulfilment protocols.
As a Quality Manager for Projects, you will be providing support and advice on the control of quality performance in the project management. These include ensuring that an effective project management process be successfully implemented in all project execution in which you will be acting as QC manager on the control for project quality management. You are also required to incorporate the corporate guidelines, industry best practices, implementation of ISO & TQM into the business process & protocols in order to ensure the senior management on the status of progress on the objectives and targets established by different projects and departments.
We are seeking for candidates who are tertiary qualified engineers with at least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager. Candidates must have excellent knowledge in Quality Assurance and Control with adequate experience in project management, good knowledge of best project delivery practice, effective and efficient PMS processes etc. As this is in essence a Change Management role with Project Quality Management responsibilities, you must be an influential leader with excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Candidates with experience in ISO standards, TQM are well regarded. Ability to work and operate in a multinational environment would be mandatory for this role and an excellent team player with good decision making, supervisory and leadership skills are well sought.
