World class frozen food producer has immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor at its Southeastern WA location. A BS Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering technology and 4 - 7 years experience in Electrical and Electronic maintenance in a processing plant environment (preferably in frozen food processing facility)s REQUIRED. Position will directly supervise employees in Electrical Maintenance Electronic Maintenance and will assist with communication network requirements; individual will interview hire and train new employees; will plan assign and direct work efforts; will appraise performance (rewarding and disciplining as appropriate); addresses complaints and resolves problems as needed; conduct safety audits quality process improvement initiatives and upgrades your own skills and skills of supervised employees.
