Our client is a leading and innovative property development company with projects in Asia, Middle East and North Africa. They are currently expanding significantly in French speaking countries and are looking for French speaking talented and experienced Development Managers. Development Managers, French speaking a must As part of the Development team, you are responsible for developing "Project Development Plan" identifying and setting project goals, strategies, budgets, program, schedule, design standards. You main responsibilities will include: Pre-qualify and short list consultants (Project Managers, Architects, etc.) for the project. Select, Appoint, and Communicate with Designers and follow up on design Progress. Analysis and assessment of development opportunities for new assets Ensure all design standards are implemented in an efficient and timely manner. Co-ordinate various new program requirements to be executed through Project Teams. Carry out Design Reviews through internal teams and other concerned departments and accept and approve design submittals. Manage the project delivery process from start to handover to ensure achievement of all project goals and delivery of desired end product. Monitor consultants and contractors' work for quality control & conformance with standards. To be successful in this challenging position, you have a Professional Degree in related field, relevant experience in a similar role as well as excellent Project Management and Communication skills.
