Our client is the National Oil Company of Qatar. As part of the continued expansion of Oil & Gas activities, we are actively seeking to fill the following position: Sr. Project Engineer (Instrumentation / Controls) Education: BSc in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 12 years post-graduate experience in project management of large multi-discipline oil & gas onshore projects, with emphasis on instrumentation & control systems, of which at least 3 years as instrument/control engineer and at least 3 years of construction management and commissioning. Experience in tendering of contracts, evaluation, report writing, planning, budgeting and cost control is essential. Candidate must be a good communicator & team player. Similar Middle East/Gulf regional project management experience is an advantage.
