Due to continued corporate development, we are looking for a Chief of Oil Refining Technology. The position is based in the Uhde Melbourne Australia office which is one of two major Uhde technology hubs for Oil Refining globally, and is also a major technology hub for Upstream Oil & Gas and for Gasification. Reporting to the General Manager – Technology Services, this is a key international portfolio responsible for implementing and expanding the Uhde group’s global refining strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your considerable technical and commercial skills to maintain and build recognition of Uhde as a global provider of technology, engineering and execution for refining projects and assist Uhde offices to build on their reputations in regional and global refining as Front End, HVE and procurement centres.
Candidates will have acquired highly developed technical, project delivery and commercial experience, outstanding communication skills, extensive experience in global refining and technology development including interaction with process licensors, engineering consulting and contracting, complemented by formal qualifications in engineering.
