The position is Riyadh-based, although contracts will be all over Saudi. The candidate must be have experience in managing an EPC contracting company, preferably with pipeline (water and O&G)experience. Arab-speaking would be an advantage, but not essential, while Middle East experience is important. A track record of building a small operation into a successful substantial entity would be advantageous.
