Based in Frenchs Forrest, this dynamic and innovative leader in residential, commercial and retail construction is seeking to employ a client facing Project Manager.
As the Project Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the Project Directors with the development and maintaining good working relationships with clients, client communications, project analysis & feasibility studies, tender reviews & analysis and coordinating all project inspections including OH&S.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
Tertiary or trade qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering or relevant discipline
Knowledge of building or construction principles
Knowledge of project management tools and framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Ability to communicate with management at all levels
Excellent presentation skills
