Responsibilities: This is a company that is enjoying significant growth and as a result is transforming from start up to international business at a very fast pace. To better manage this transformation we have started the Change Program to identify, prioritize and transform the business critical Business Management and People Management issues facing our business today. This role reports into our CEO and is responsible to lead, drive and successfully deliver the Change Program. Work with the CEO to define and plan the Change Program and desired outcomes. To facilitate and successfully deliver the Change Program, in key areas. Ideal skills, experience and qualifications: Degree Bachelors with a technical specialism in business or marketing. MBA preferred. Fluent English Speaker with Arabic preferred. Must have 5+ years experience in a change management role in consulting or in-house corporate environments. Must have experience in the implementation stage of change management, as this is a delivery focused role, not a pure strategy planning role. Experience of BPR across different corporate functions. Able to manage and drive consulting partners. Knowledge of real estate development. Proven ability to consult, engage, establish credibility with and influence senior stakeholders. Able to lead, inspire and manage matrix teams. Proven ability to conceive, design and deliver change that adds value to business. Structured approach to project management.
