Job Description

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Controller with Manufacturing experience in Michigan! Your role will include the following: analyze and interpret financial data compare financial performance to plan and interpret the results and prepare budgets including the 5-year plan sales forecasts capital investment expense budgets costing and production standards. You will also be expected to maintain account analyses reconcile accounts and prepare audit schedules. Successful candidates MUST HAVE a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CMA at least 3 years (5 years Preferred) experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment and demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others to a high level of performance.
