Job Description

Excellent chemical company looking for a Project Engineer/Supervisor for their plant in Pasadena TX. Facility. This position is responsible for the management of capital projects and the annual capital budget at the plant site. This person will finalize project definition provide project estimates obtain funding and manage the execution of design engineering procurement construction and cost tracking with the proper focus on safety quality schedule and costs. This position will also assume a variety of tasks associated with providing technical support to plant operations and maintenance in order to help the plant achieve its goals of increased product quality as well as enhanced equipment reliability. Bachelors degree in Chemical engineering preferred. Mechanical Engineering degree will be considered depending on experience. A minimum of 7 years experience in a plant environment with at least 4 years in a project engineering position.
