IMMEDIATE NEED! Client located east of Atlanta GA is actively looking for an Amdocs/Clarify Application Administrator for their Customer Service Center. The Administrator should have an Associates Degree ( Bachelors preferred ) and 1 - 3 years of AMDOCS Clarify/CRM application deployment and administration experience actively being used in CURRENT POSITION or in MOST RECENT POSITION! The applicant will review analyze and configure the application software including testing debugging and installing to support the Customer Service Center! Should be very familiar with Windows NT Workstation 4.0 NT Server Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server navigation. Ability to navigate and understand MS SQL 7.0 2000 and 2000 query modifications table structure and stored procedures. Candidate will attend training sessions and occasionally assist in writing and/or leading training workshops. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pager duty/on call responsibilities required!
