Job Description

Major power supplier is searching for a T and D ADMINISTRATOR with 10+ years experience to work in their north TX office. The successful candidate will represent the City at meetings of the PUCT and ERCOT; establish operational guidelines recordkeeping and practices / functions within the City's Electric Department; prepares reports and service requests to ERCOT NERC FERC and the PUCT; reports to the management the City's status of the levels of compliance. Review engineering data for correctness and consistency of data. Review recommend and make presentations to justify the proposed construction plan for the electric division. Prepares and maintains required regulatory filings and answering RFIs (Request For Information) from the PUCT and ERCOT on alleged compliance infractions. Performs annual studies required for preparation of the FERC 715 filing. The position requires a BSEE 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience in transmission and distribution construction and maintenance of electrical power plants; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must be knowledgeable of safety and regulatory standards associated with electrical power plant. Five years supervisor experience preferred. Valid State of Texas Class C Driver's License or the ability to obtain one is required.
