Think Resources is looking for an Administrative Clerk for our Accounts Receivable Department as our business grows. This is an Entry-Level position that offers growth potential. The selected candidate will support our Accounts Receivable Department with mailing and faxing invoices and supporting documents researching and copying backup for invoices making collection calls and other clerk-level administrative duties as assigned. Our need is for a self-starter with a professional and positive attitude great communication and follow-up skills and strong PC skills. Requirements also include the candidate to be detail oriented punctual reliable able to manage confidential information and documents and able to work quickly and efficiently. An Associates Degree or 2+ years experience in a professional office environment is required. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
