Exciting Opportunity in the El Paso TX area for a Technology Manager who wants to put his / her stamp on a newly created position. The MUST HAVE Items are: Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline or equivalent; knowledge of the practical application of procedures and technology including application of principles techniques procedures and equipment to the design and production of petrochemical equipment and facilities; knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation human resources modeling leadership technique production methods and coordination of people and resources; knowledge and skills in the procedures for personnel recruitment selection training compensation and benefits labor relations and negotiation and personnel information systems. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: coordination and delivery of Mainframe infrastructure operations and support of the refinery systems to ensure safe reliable and efficient unit operations; supports development and application of process automation and advanced process control technologies and best practices; provide resources for technical and operations expertise in the design and development of major and small capital projects for new and updated process control systems. The compensation will be directly commensurate with your experience and expertise. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
