This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world class and highly reputable Local MNC providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services to the Worldwide Oil & Gas sector with its particular emphasis in the Asia Pacific region on Offshore, FPSO Projects. With their continued growth and successful expansion, they seek a wide range of professionally qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join their Singapore based team.
As a Contracts Manager, your primary responsible would include but not limited to providing advice on contractual rights and responsibilities to the Project Management Team on both pre & post awarding of projects; acting as a platform of communication with the Client on contractual obligations and/or with commercial relationship; working with the bidding team in the preparation of related price proposals etc.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Degree in Business and Administration or Law and/or Engineering having a minimum of 10 + years relevant post graduate experience on similar role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, engineering projects. Successful candidate would also be seen to have a high degree of computer literacy & good knowledge of IM tools, excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, possessing consultative and sound influencing nature and an excellent team player. In addition, you would be required to have a strong understanding of commercial law, terms and conditions, insurance and has undertake activities on high risk, value and complex major interfacing parties in project based environment.
