Our Client is a leading international Oil & Gas contractor with a sustention history of successful project execution across the globe. In line with their Global expansion goals, they are looking for a dynamic and competent Expeditor to join their Asia Pacific team.
As a Senior Expeditor, your primary responsibilities cover all the expediting and coordinating activities either on a project basis or within the Asia Pacific region. Such responsibilities include but not limited to ensuring prompt and timely delivery from supplier; submission of suppliers’ documentation and returns from company by due dates; coordination with relevant parties to ensure availability of personnel to monitor testing & inspection plan and final inspection release to ship; coordination with logistics personnel; submission of appropriate reports on status of progress etc.
To be successful in this role, you would possess a Diploma / Degree in any related discipline, having a minimum of 5-10 years experience in field and desk expediting, preferably in project based environment within Oil & Gas /Engineering/Subsea sectors. You must also possess good interpersonal and networking skills. You should also be able to change and communicate effectively.
