Job Description
B.S. or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the offshore oil/gas industry Must have been in consultant’s organization for at least three (3) years in similar position. Besides extensive expertise in sub-sea pipeline design & engineering, familiarity in pipeline materials application and stress engineering is essential. Must be fully knowledgeable about codes, standards & recommended practices for this discipline. He shall have handled FEED Engineer and EPC Contractor and developed their deliverables. Experience with consultant or owner organization in the execution of similar projects is a must. Such participation in projects in Middle East is beneficial. In addition he shall be responsible to assist PMC Project Manager (as offshore prime) on all project management functions/issues related to the sub-sea pipeline and offshore facilities at Satah Field.
