Job Description
The Company: Our client is a newly established joint venture entity with a start-up capital of SAR 1.5 billion. Its main interest focuses on delivering financial investment management and opportunities through diversified portfolios including the Construction and Building Materials sectors. In addition, it also provides engineering and business consultancy services focused on the creation of the following business unit; Rolling Mills for Rebar. Job Purpose: The incumbent will be based in Dammam, KSA and will be a key business process engineer responsible for reviewing, analyzing and formulating recommendations of core processes required for a successful start-up operation for their rebar division (rolling mills) while building a platform for future growth. Job Accountabilities & Expectations  Identify talent to build and strengthen managerial and executive levels  Develop the business vision and strategies in alignment with that of holding companies  Identify tool and management systems to strengthen governance practices for business unit  Provide technical expertise and strategic advice while bringing forth insightful industry perspectives including technology innovations and market growth opportunities.  Identify business strategies for competing successfully in the industry while winning market share
