The key responsibilities of the Project Manager are: • Management of the on time and on budget delivery of Phase 2 of the Industrial City infrastructure project. • Management and administration of the major project agreements: Concession Agreement, Design and Construct (D&C) contract and various PPP transaction documents. • Leading a team of technical, finance and support staff to interface with the client and D&C contractor. • Management of key stakeholder relationships. • Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Technical/Operational Reports for Concession Grantor, Project Company Board and Fund Manager. • Ownership of all claims, variations and contract amendments. This may also include preparation of related documents for the Concession Grantor Key Attributes: The successful candidate will: • Have a minimum of 10 years operations experience in a major infrastructure contracting environment. (Experience in working in a PPP/non recourse finance project environment would be a major advantage but is not essential) • Possess an engineering qualification or similar with relevant practical experience. While not a specific requirement, further qualifications such as an MBA or Finance Degree would be highly regarded. • Be highly motivated, energetic and capable to develop and deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and direction; • Have outstanding interpersonal and presentations skills, particularly when working with senior management and clients; • Possess exceptional attention to detail;
