Need BS Degree and 7+ years experience in water resource asset planning water system and/or waste water system comprehensive master planning distribution system hydraulic modeling or equivalent water system design experience. Need to have a broad knowledge of Engineering planning design and construction related to water facilities and a working knowledge of regulatory requirements new technology and current trends in water quality treatment and engineering economics. Position responsible for evaluating long term water and waste water system planning and recommending projects or approaches to resolve issues related to sourcing water supplies treatment storage pumping and transmission of water and collection and treatment of waste water.
