Senior Electrical Engineer - PE Required A leading full service consulting firm in the Atlanta GA area has an immediate opening for a senior level Electrical Engineer to work in their Industrial Market Segment.. The preferred candidate will have 8-12 years experience in consulting engineering in the industrial market as well as consulting and design experience. A PE License is required for this position as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities will include design of power distribution systems control systems field verification of systems and components technical support reporting preparation of plans specifications and cost estimates and detailed design engineering including area classification and compliance with national and local electrical codes. The industrial base includes petroleum chemical process manufacturing food and beverage and aviation facilities. The ideal candidate will also have project management experience and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Experience in specification of third party control devices including PLC HMI sensors wireless terminals power supplies drivers motors and automation would be a plus. Travel up to 20% is estimated for this position. Excellent communication skills are a must. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization.
