GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!! A Custom Boat Builder is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Gulfport MS location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years supervisory and engineering experience in a ship building environment. A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required. Small marine boat design or vessel design experience is preferred. Yacht design experience is a PLUS!! Applicant must have experience in supervising engineers leading all technical and quality functions in a marine manufacturing plant and implementing technical practices policies and procedures. Candidate must have excellent communication management and interpersonal skills. This position will coach mentor develop lead a team of engineers direct various projects from inception to completion and manage all technical aspects of the facility. Salary is commensurate with experience. Company offers and excellent benefit package. Relocation is available for the right candidate!!!
