IMMEDIATE need for a MATERIALS ENGINEER in Maryland to review Electrical Electro-Mechanical components. Requires BSEE degree5+ years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Operations or Supplier Quality and skills with Process Capability concepts such as PPAP FMEA TS16949 ISO 9000 telecommunications is preferred.Must have the ability to interface with Design Engineers Operations Engineers and Contract Manufacturers in the new product development stage. The Material Engineer is responsible for daily monitoring and improvement of production test yields utilizing hands on real time analysis methods reducing annual Material and Labor Cost by key products and supporting Six Sigma Process Capability goals for suppliers and in house manufacturing.
