PROJECT MANAGER- BASEL, SWITZERLAND- PHARMACEUTICAL- MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTOR
My client is an internationally acclaimed American originated global engineering and construction contractor. This organisation specialises within the upstream oil & gas, LNG and gas-to-liquids, refining, chemicals & petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology & healthcare, environmental and power industries.
Due to continuous growth they require a Project Manager with experience within the pharmaceutical industry to join their office in Basel, Switzerland.
The Requirements
*The ideal Project Manager will have the minimum of 5 years experience in managing investment projects for the pharmaceutical industry involving design and project execution of complete API facilities based on chemical synthesis, biotech and/or pharmaceutical final dosage form plants.
*You will hold a degree in Process, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and you will be fluent in German and English. French language skills would be a bonus, in addition, but non essential.
*You will command sound organizational, technical and commercial knowledge.
*You will have a proven success of delivering results for customers under tight deadlines,
*You will have great interpersonal, interface and problem solving skills.
Your duties
You will play a vital leadership role in all stages of the project, from conceptual design to detail design, plant commissioning and start up, qualification and operational trouble shooting.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects are delivered according to quality, cost and time goals set out by the client.
