REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Min 5 years RAIL Project Management experience with top tier contractor.
Must have enthusiastic and diligent attitude in respect to site based Project Management.
Heavy Brownfield project activities.
Commercial acumen is critical and Rail Project Managers from a private contractor background particularly attractive.
Challenges will include construction of Rail holding loops and steep terrain construction work for this 140KM passenger rail project.
This is a complex construction project which is due to be up and running by Autumn 2011. Project start will involve three months of office based PM activities in relation to design and construction interface stages.
