OSD Pipelines is a successful Australian consulting engineering firm with a reputation for excellence in all aspects of pipelining. As part of planned, strategic growth and dedication to current and upcoming projects, we are now seeking a Senior Pipeline Engineer to join our Brisbane team.
We are looking for exceptional candidates with experience in projects in the oil and gas and pipeline industry. The roles will be involved in pipeline and facilities projects in Queensland, Western Australian or international locations, and include EPCM, detailed engineering design, FEED studies, Owner's Engineer roles, feasibility studies and due diligence roles for a variety of major clients.
The role requires:
• Appropriate qualifications in mechanical engineering or equivalent plus 7-10 years relevant onshore pipeline industry experience
• Experienced in pipeline design and have experience with compressor facilities and end-of-line stations
• Ability to manage medium to large projects on an as-needs basis
• Working knowledge of the Australian pipeline code AS 2885 is essential
• Excellent communication, time management skills and the ability to work autonomously on multiple simultaneous projects
• Familiarity with relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards and codes
• Technical experience within pipeline, and /or oil and gas industry
