OSD Pipelines is a successful Australian consulting engineering firm with a reputation for excellence in all aspects of pipelining. As part of planned, strategic growth and dedication to ongoing projects, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with experience in delivering projects with extensive exposure to projects in the oil and gas and pipeline industry. The Senior Project Manager will develop an integrated team with a Queensland CSM producer to develop expansion of gas field facilities, utilities and infrastructure. This role will be integral with continuing the excellent relationship that OSD has with our client and expanding the range of services OSD offers our clients in the CSM market. This position will be Brisbane based with daily interface with the client.
You will also:
• Have responsibility for full project management of pipeline projects
• Ensure that pipeline design projects run smoothly, on target and within budget
• Provide technical support in the preparation of reports and studies
• Undertake cost and project control activities
• Meet client and organisational requirements through effective negotiation and client liaison
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
• A relevant tertiary qualification with at least 10 years experience in design, fabrication and construction in consulting or EPCM contracting environments
• Ability to action issues early in a project to facilitate smooth execution
• Ability to manage tendering, design, procurement and construction
• Experience in contract negotiation and tendering EPC and EPCM contracts
• Exceptional ability to plan and organise tasks and resources
• Sound understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards
