RF Technician Job Description: Manufacturing company with multiple locations across Australia has an immediate need for an RF Technician in SA.
Responsibilities Include:
Test, align and troubleshoot complex antenna control systems
Work from drawings, diagrams, customer specifications, schematics and/or test procedures
Troubleshooting PCBs to component level
Some soldering involved
Diagnose and analyze problems utilizing a variety of test equipment
Document test findings
Requirements:
Vocational/Technical degree or certification
-Minimum five years experience in related field
-Experience with RF antenna systems
-Experience with RF microwave equipment
-Experience with analog and digital circuitry
-Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
-Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision
-Soldering skills required
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel applications
