A medium sized specialist civil construction company based out in the East with projects all over Melbourne require a Leading Hand to join their growing team. With a operation of 30 staff and delivering projects up to $4m, this is a long term opportunity for the correct individual.

Ideally the candidate will have around 5 years construction experience, coming from a machine operating background. With a thorough understanding of the civil construction industry the main requirement is more about personality. They want an individual with hunger, drive and enthusiasm for a career, one with a company which will do so.
