Reporting initially to the AMR Project Controls Manager and subsequently to the MLMR Project Controls Manager, this position is responsible for the collection of data and information for cost/budget reporting and analysis, and control of changes on a project in liaison with all major stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly labour reports and weekly project report.
• Prepare monthly Stewarship Report for client review and issue, consolidating input from engineering firm and client.
• Prepare internal monthly reports – Project Status Review (PSR) and Project Margin Analysis Report (PMAR) for internal review and issue.
• Code Gate 3 estimate and all approved change orders/potential deviation notices (PDNs) for upload into FDCost.
Project Controls Specialist III – Consolidated Reporting Analyst (October 2009 – September 2010)
Reporting to the Business Services Manager this position is responsible for consolidated reporting from the three major stakeholders involved in the Western Canada Major Project – Syncrude Projects.
