· Participation in update of the drilling estimate, Work Program & Budget.
· Routine cost data analysis (actual costs close out in SAP; estimate VS actual costs variance analysis, etc.).
· Interface with general EPC contractors on the matter of costs treatment.
· Cost management data model development using MS Access.
· Acting as Risk Management Coordinator for the whole directorate (developed Risk management procedure, maintained risk register (EasyRisk software), periodically updated risk matrix).
· Acting as Engineering Data Module (EDM) software package holder, designed for Wells engineering and construction purposes.

Responsibilities:
· Participation in budget development and approval by Project stakeholders (major Shareholders sessions, Russian Party interface)
· Managing external financial consultants
· Tracking Project cost and schedule data (developing new formats of cost reports, internal working schedules, process diagrams and charts, etc.)
· Preparing presentation slides for the Company’s top management and external use (Shareholders sessions, Russian Party meetings, etc.)
· Preparing answers for interested parties on cost related questions (budget, contracts, procedures), construction schedule related questions, economic efficiency of the Project.
