Detail experience in offshore Piping for oil and gas projects.
Preparation of Shop drawings for piping Layouts, equipment sections, piping details & Pipe supports.
Detail experience in process equipment (Pressure Vessels, Columns, Shell & Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks etc) for refinery, petrochemical projects.
Conversant with relevant international codes and standards (BS, ASME, ANSI, API, AWS etc).
Good Knowledge in Auto Cad-2D, Isometric and 3D drawings.
Study of all necessary drawings, documents, & specifications before job execution. Involved in the preparation of Technical query to the client for missing information or clarification for their Approval.
Preparation of Piping GA’s. Including Piping and Equipment sections, Piping details, Isometrics and BOM. Preparation of P&ID’s, Survey Drawings for pipeline and well heads Tie-ins, and Plant Layout.
Preparation of Cutting Layout or Nesting with respect to avoid the miscalculation of the proper quantity of materials.
Preparation of Fabrication Drawings of Piping isometric & corresponding pipe support drawings with Bill of materials (BOM).
Visiting to site for Pre survey if necessary to study site condition before job execution.
Preparation of As-built drawings isometrics, piping & instrument diagram, general arrangement & all relevant drawings.
Preparation of Bulk and final M.T.O. Preparation of Material Requisition.
