1.Working as an Asst Manager responsible for deliverables of the IT building of an area of 6.4 lacs square foot with IT offices, multi level car parkings, food court and recreations in stipulated time and budget by coordinating with PMC, QS, Design consultants and the vendors.
2.Completed Fit-outs for IT office space of an area of 1 lac square foot including renovations of existing office spaces.
3.Currently working on renovation of existing kitchen and toilets in the existing buildings.
Project done for PATNI COMPUTER SYSTEMS LTD, Chennai.
1.Worked as a Project Engineer coordinating with the consultants, vendors and monitoring the project of size 1.2 lacs square feet including interior fitouts and services in totality and another 1.2 lacs squre foot warm shell.
