| Leading a team of six technicians to implement day-to-day activities, which include maintenance of two cement production lines equipments including transmitters, controllers, analyzers & PLC's.Contributed effectively in the commissioning and start up activities for new cement production line in addition to upgrading activities for two cement production lines. Responsible for keeping detailed accurate repair & maintenance history files. Responsible for updating P&ID, Instrument Loop Drawings and Logic Diagrams. Issuing regular recommendation on the procurement of spare parts, special tools or equipment required for the work. Issuing reports on the maintenance activities monthly, analysis of any major defects, inspections, major overhaul and equipments KPIs. |
