Summary |
I was assigned to work on Repair Development for Exhaust Nozzle.
I lead a CIT team to look at developing in house capability for tool and fixture design.
Completed the repair development for Sync Ring repairs for elongated holes. This brought new repairs for ESA with U$150K in revenue.
I also have to provide technical assistance, required by the in-situ repair team.
I was asked to take on Repair Engineering Leader role after 1.5 years in service, in mid 2006. The team was able to produce projects with revenues of U$640K and customer savings of U$1.37 million
