Summary |
At present working with Al-Basti & Muktha L L C – Dubai ( Construction Giant ) as “MEP Coordinator “ , handling utilities like Fire Fighting ( Analogue Addressable systems , Sprinkler Systems , FM - 200 ) ( BMS ) / HVAC / Electrical ( Generators , UPS Back-up , Cabling etc. ) / Garbage Chute / Elevators ( Elevator Management System ) / Networking / Access Control / CC TV / Plumbing etc. In addition to this – to deal with DEWA ( Dubai Electricity And Water Authority ) - for Temporary Water & Electricity Supply for Construction activity.
We are building 42 floors building with 3floor basement for parking and ground floor , with big Departmental store on Ground , 1/2 floor , then offices from 4-16 floors and residential floors from 17-39 floors and penthouses from 40-42 floor. Building will have big swimming pool on 3rd floor and on top of 42 floor with Jacuzzi / gym and sauna bath facilities. Temperature in the Swimming Pool will be controlled using sensors ( for sensing Ambient Temperature) and normal human tolerance. Also, Fountains are provided on 2nd , 17th and 40th Floor. Access for all floors will be controlled using Access Control System and CCTV – this is required as there will be Residential as well as Commercial complexes clubbed together. With well equipped BMS ( Building Management System) room - coupled with Elevator Management System (EMS).
