Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish .Over 25 years I have been associated with consulting (BECHTEL , CJB, CDI and BLACK & VEATCH) and operating firms (EXXONMOBIL, DOW CHEMICAL, TEXACO, CONOCO and CHEVRON) in the E&CS business in engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, project development, start up and operations. Working on “both side of the fence” as owner and contractor has given him a broad base of experience.
