Summary |
| Service all types of Commercial refrigeration and HVAC {30 tons and below} systems. Repair and service commercial cooking equipment. Complete installations and replacement for walk-ins, reach-ins and all types of HVAC systems and Ice Machines including ovens and friers and other types of cooking equipment pertaining to the commercial restaurant industry. |

Consisting of but not limited to all repair and maintenance of HVAC units such as Chigo split units Carrier, York, Trane, Rudd, McQuay, and the military F60 and FD units also all other “Force Provider” HVAC and Refrigerant equipment currently used by the US military also Ice machines such as “Turbo Ice” “Voit ice systems” “Ice-O-Matic” “Scotsman” “Hoshizaki” “Manitowoc” and many more including flakers and cubers. DFAC {Kitchen} equipment such as Coolers Fryers, Ovens. Ice Cream Machines Griddles and Tilt Skillets and Open Pots, Blodgett ovens Wolf Fry master. Hobart, Henny Penny Pressure Fryers, Hot and Cold tables and more. Have worked on funereal homes and blast tunnels {Food Processing} {all Cascade refrigeration systems} Refrigeration, HVAC and Ice Machine maintenance and repair for CJOA South. Duties included Refrigerant and part inventories using the military “Pure Edge” paper work system along with all other military forms and documents. Working with DCMA and QAQC to keep the facilities up to date and free of write ups along with implementing and documenting maintenance programs and water filter replacement and making sure they were followed by the men. I have serviced all this equipment on all mannor of Oil Rigs both static and off shore |
