Summary |
- Prepare piping input data including: basis of design, material specifications, wall thickness calculations, pipe support standard drawings
- Check input data provided by other sectors in the project including: plot plan, pipe rack information, structure information, PFD, P&ID, line index, equipment datasheet.
- Design piping system:
+ Equipment layout, equipment nozzle orientation
+ Piping general arrangement
+ Piping layout
+ Piping detail (isometric drawing)
+ Pipe support layout
- Set up & manage designing on PMDS (Plant Design Management System) including: assigning authority for each sector, creating catalogues & specifications, 3D modeling, 2D drafting production, isometric production, material take off.
- Train PDMS for new staffs
- Establish & manage regulatory system for construction of PDMS databases:
+ Establish & define rules for structural system in Paragon
+ Create system of tables in MS Excel base on rules established & defined in Paragon for inputting specifications to Specon
+ Set up rules in Draft for export 2D drawing
+ Develop forms in Isodraft for export Isometric drawing. |
