Work Experience |
•Reporting to the Project Manager and working for Flare Up-gradation Project, Bu Hasa & Condensate Diversion Project, Habshan, Abu Dhabi.
•Job role includes Site investigation and Collecting Data for design, Preparation of Plan & Profiles etc
•Preliminary and detailed analysis of pipeline routing, Piping layouts, P&ID’s, Tie-in, Isometric sketches.
•Review of Piping & Valve Specifications, Construction Scope of Work, Piping Calculations, and Safety Instruction Sheet etc.
•Review of Piping Plans, Isometric detail drawings, Mechanical-Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Fabrication Drawings, Supports, Walkways, and Valve Operating Platforms detail drawings etc.
•Preparation of Hot Tapping Design date book.
•Coordinating with the client as well as the consultants and design engineers for technical aspects.
•Interface with other discipline engineers during the development and subsequent review of engineering deliverables.
•Verification (at site) of existing facilities, existing drawings, dimensional and system survey for preparing detailed survey reports & documents required to be used as input data for completing design involved in the project.
•Procurement of Piping Materials for site construction activities
•Executing the Hot Tapping works on the Purge Gas Lines and installed new group valves on the existing lines without shutdown the system along with the Sub-contractor (TDW).
•Witnessed the Material inspection along with the client Design General Specification (DGS). |
