Summary |
| - With my cost engineer and E&P cost controller experience, I have found the niche and skill set that I most excel in with great accolade. These roles have allowed me to exhibit my financial analysis skills on a cost to budget basis, analyzing a full project from start to finish. I have been on both the production, in which I steward a $250M project, and construction side, stewarding a portfolio of ten $25M projects simultaneously. Within these projects I created completion estimates, analyzed scope of work, designated work breakdown structures, submit change orders, requisitions & performed variance analysis reporting. My accounting background is beneficial in this arena because it allows me to understand the schematics of accounting and their needs, in addition, my cost engineer and project experience allows me to be able to successfully act as a liaison and bring forth explanations from operations to give a complete report of the project as a whole. My ability to communicate my financial understandings to executives, explaining what findings meant for the future and state of the company and/or project are very beneficial to the success of a project. |
