Summary
As Accountant in Dubai (UAE), I have 6 years of experience; at present working with one of the leading Federal Government Organization in Dubai, from last 3 years to till date & worked with 3 years in one of the construction groups of company in Dubai and also 1½ years in India, approximately 7½ years of suitable experience in Accounts and Purchase.

Hence, it is assured for my stiffness and tendency of working under stress will be appreciated by the management.

Work Experience
•Follow up for monthly invoices related to suppliers.
•Verifying, checking and booking of invoices received from suppliers for processing of final payment.
•Communicating and coordinating with purchase department for preparing settlement of payments related disputes with the suppliers.
•Issuing pre-payment on emergency as per the approval, MIS reports as per the management requirement etc.
•Follow up & coordination with operation to make sure that closing of book in time assigned by the management.
•Co-coordinating with Fleet dept. and responsible for keeping proper track record of employee’s Traffic fine, Salik charges and fuel limit etc.
•Responsible for setting up the internal control system.
•Recommending preventive measures to improve the service level in order to achieve the goal set by the Management.
•Preparing Salaries of more than 1,200 employees; calculating wages, overtime etc, ensuring and computing their leave/final settlement, (EOSB) on target date.
•Preparing cost report of expenses related to payroll & overtime by department wise expenses.
•Coordinating with HR/Admin Dept. about any issue related to employees etc.

• Interacting and negotiating with suppliers
• Follow up of outstanding payments
• Liaison with various departments (purchase, planning, operation etc.)

• Preparation of material consumption report
• Responsible for work done report & subcontractor payment.

monitored each job carefully from beginning till its expedition.
