Ministry of Defense, Aviation & Inspectorate General KSA. (Site area of 30,000 mē Gross built-up area of 7,500 mē and of about 8.6 Billion SR.) .The Project Includes a 4 stories administration and control building, a training school and military dormitories. Work also included site development work and infrastructure.

Ministry of Defense, Central Security Administration Buildings. KSA. (Site area of 1,200,000 mē gross built up area of 334,570 mē).The Project Includes Conceptual design for three complexes, each complex comprises of variety of buildings such as headquarters, accommodation, hotel/guesthouse, administrative, recreational, educational, support, sports, store houses, workshops, print shops, gas stations, WWT plants, R.O. plants, power generation plants, helipads, mess halls /restaurants, mosques, telecommunication facilities, ceremonial halls, services etc.

Al-khafji Joint operation between Aramco Gulf Operations & Kuwait Gulf oil Company, involving construction of Community Package including Family Housing, Bachelor Quarters, Marina, Government offices, Mosques, Schools, Shops, Clubs & Entertainment Halls with a value in excess of 375.000.000 SR.

Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Center for Research & Medical Studies at Dammam, KSA. (Site area of 117.525 mē with built area 17.817 mē of about 50 million SR.). The Project Includes a research center consisting of Medical research laboratories, animal house, ceremonial hall, mosque, Administration building, service building, stores.

King Faisal University at Dammam, KSA. (Site area of 1.894.750 mē with built area 570.000 mē of about 2.28 Billion SR.). The Project Includes Administration Facilities, Communal Facilities, Community Services, Sports, Mosque and Housing with all related Technical Administration Services .
