I have extensive experience in drilling and production applications as well as field relations, all of which has been supplemented with many years of leadership and on-site supervisory skills. My approach to situations has always been directed with a solutions mandate, ensuring that everyone "in the loop" is well aware of current and forth-coming procedures, while also maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance in all operations. I am a firm believer in keeping those under my supervision completely up to date in training and job-site abilities, which not only promotes site safety, but also company satisfaction in eliminating lost time reports.
My credentials are up to date and I have recently completed a Drilling Engineering Fundamentals program, giving me a more comprehensive understanding of well design, string selection, casing design, and fluid applications. I also hold a Second Line Well Control for Supervisor’s ticket, and have successfully completed the International Well Control for Supervisors certification, and am readily available for international postings.
