Work Experience |
- Electrical engineering design:
Proficient use of AutoCAD Electrical: block edition, cross-references, user defined component & PLC creation, import/export utilities to efficiently create both controls and power circuitry...
Design and implementation of safety circuits, including programming of safety controllers
Responsible for work load estimation, electrical designs, cabinet layout, and production of all relevant reports (PLC I/O list, cable schedule, BOM, ...)
- Electrical maintenance/contracting work as a junior PLC/HMI programmer:
Installation, programming and commissioning of specific devices: light curtains, temperature and PID controllers, Motion Control systems...
Process fault-finding: PLC program monitoring to ease electro-mechanical fault diagnostics
Analysis of existing machine behaviour and of any possibility of improvement; PLC and HMI program alterations to match expected system behaviour
Report generation for undertaken job / upon completion of work
