Summary
I have been working for BP for the past seven years. During this time I have participated in the installation of 4 Sub Sea Templates, 6 Jackets, and 6 Production Topsides - which included the refurbishment phase of the STB-1 Jacket & Topsides Transportation Barge and the DBA Heavy Lift Crane Barge with lifting capacity of 2500tonnes as part of the project.
As I started in the design and engineering part of the project, I was involved in the preparation of the Installation Manuals and Offshore Procedures. I am also familiar within the AutoCAD program and can prepare project drawings.
During the last 3 years I have been involved on Saipem’s fabrication yards as Site Representative where I have obtained valuable experience in the organization and management of work sites. I have undergone various HSE related courses and trainings and therefore I have a good understanding and knowledge in this field as well.
I have all the certificates that prove my professional and organizational skills, and if necessary, I can provide you with references from my Project Managers that I worked with throughout different projects.
I speak fluent, read and write English, Russian and Turkish.

Position: Construction site Field engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vessels Pre-sail away preparation for various projects.
• Supply Engineering with all details required for design changes
• Prepare detailed field sketches of the as built condition
• Preparing installation procedures, method statements, technical queries, seafastening calculation & rigging arrangements.
• Generation of construction documents such as mechanical general layout and plans
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of mechanical and piping designs
• Spools check up for sail away
• Review piping and vendor drawings.
• Develop material requisitions including bill or materials, equipment specifications and equipment data sheets.
• Review piping material take offs.
• Equipment sizing, specification, bid analysis, shop drawings review and project technical specifications as related to discipline for project, and field assistance during construction, validation & commissioning of and start up of installed equipment
• Monitor that the contractor personnel have received adequate instructions, familiarization and training in BP requirements, regulations, procedures and any special or unusual hazards
• Promote BP AzSPU HSE commitment by example
• Be knowledgeable of work scope to be carried out from the DSV / MRV and at the Onshore Support Base.
• As per assignment, support line management (direct reports) in the administration and coordination of technical and HSE aspects associated to their R &R s.
• Ensure a safe site environment. Encourage the proactive identification of hazards and associated risks.
• Monitor that emergencies, accidents, incidents and uncontrolled events are reported and investigated as appropriate.
• Monitor that the Contractor is managing the work in accordance with the job planning and safety management system.
• Be knowledgeable of worksite hazards (DSV, MRV and Onshore Support Base), communications, local working practices, logistics and emergency procedures and keep contractor informed accordingly.
• Monitor Contractor’s compliance with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) for stored equipment and spare parts.
• Ensure that appropriate spares and consumables are available at Contractor’s base
• Ensure that all equipment / consumables have appropriate certification and is in date.
• Provide input to site-report.

Position: Quality control and quality assurance engineer (QA/QC)

Description of work: The barges survey was a full structural survey of the barge and condition assessment to ascertain the current condition of the barge and the level of diminution from as built steel scantlings. The results were also used as part of a fatigue assessment to determine the remaining structural life of the vessel. The survey was conducted by close up visual inspection of all spaces except oil and bilge tanks. All ballast tanks were rafted for close up visual inspection and NDT testing. Tank bulkheads were hydrostatically tested. NDT methods used during the survey included UT thickness gauging of the barge and MPI inspection of welds.

Position: Project Engineer on the oil rigs in Caspian Sea
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the preparation and distribution of the designs intended for the equipment of the platform’s upper structures.
• The inspection of the equipment location, offshore assignments to the platforms to check the location and rigging of the equipment in accordance with the designs.
