Summary

Most of Howard’s work has been on oil and gas and petrochemical projects, but he has also worked in the power, pulp and paper, marine and mining industries. His work has included conceptual design, front-end engineering design, detail engineering, fabrication, construction, pre-commission and shut down phases.
Howard knows piping, vessels, and rotating equipment and is familiar with appropriate codes and standards. He has done numerous PDS models, piping general arrangements, piping and instrumentation flow diagrams, line schedules, isometrics and bills of materials, piping flexibility analysis, engineered pipe supports and hanger designs.
