EPC, Installation and commissioning of off-shore Well-head Gas production & process platforms for Dolphin Energy Limited (Joint venture of Total, QP & Oxy). The scope of work includes engineering, fabrication, pre-commissioning, load out, off-shore installation, hook up and commissioning of decks and pipelines.
Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties: Playing an important role in Project Controls Department with duties including Estimation, Quantity Surveying, subcontracts administration & authorization of payments, historic cost updating, technical re-measures, cost projections for target priced subcontracts, preparation of Change notice, Variation Orders & amendments and review & settlement of claims with the subcontracts & close out of both main contracts and subcontracts.
Compilation of all site re-measurement including both field and office work.
Verification and approval of subcontractor invoices for payment including checking of quantities, rates, resources claimed by the subcontractors.
Preparation of expenditure and management forecasts of target prices, plus compilation of necessary main contract & subcontracts correspondence and logs.
Allocation of cost codes based on cost splits between the Lump Sum & Target Price and Reimbursable costs.
Maintenance of Cost Database for all the subcontract costs including cost code particulars.
