Day to day running of the plant, to maximise plant runtime and volumes as prescribed by Company goals and objectives, to keep personnel and plant safety at the highest level.
Coordinate, with input from Superintendent, peers and subordinates all Company, division and plant goals for optimization of plant and well production.
Team leader responsible for well being of plant personnel involved in daily operations as well as extemporaneous operations involving third party personnel.
During times of high activity (Plant Start-up & Shutdowns) assist the CCR Foreman with the operation of the DCS.
Review on a daily basis oil and gas volumes from assigned facility and wells.
Oversee the plant and well safety system functionality, record keeping and testing of this system.
Lead all operation personnel in the completion of their duties in the most prudent safe and environmentally proper manner possible.
Responsible for training of all personnel involved with the performance of plant and well operations.
Working closely with Supervisor and EH&S/Security Supt. to set schedules for required training of subordinates as per training matrix. Pro-active with implementation of new training for improving methods of work and plant optimisation.
Duties include the adequate staffing of trained personnel to ensure a proper manpower count for daily safe operating requirements of the plant and wells.
